How we work

Short version: the free audit is free, with no strings. Paid plans are month to month. We never post anything without your yes. We work hard for results, but nobody can honestly guarantee them.

The free audit

Free, with no card and no obligation. It shows the main problems we see on your public pages. It is a diagnosis, not a full plan or a guarantee.

Paid work and prices

Prices are shown on our site in Canadian dollars (plus tax), US dollars or Azerbaijani manat, depending on where your business is.
One-time work (like Setup & Fix or the Launch Kit) is paid before we start.
Monthly plans are paid each month and run month to month. Stop any month by telling us before the next payment.
The first 10 founding clients keep their monthly price for 12 months.
The deep audit is paid once. If you start a plan within 14 days, we take its price off your plan.

What we need from you

Honest information about your business, your real photos and videos, and a yes or a change on each piece before it goes out. Some steps can only be done by you, like logging in to your own accounts; we do those together on a short call.

Your content

Your photos, videos, name and brand stay yours. Work we make for you and you have paid for is yours to use. We may show it as an example of our work only with your OK.

What we can and cannot promise

We promise careful work, honest reports and a monthly look at real numbers against where you started. We cannot promise a number of followers, views or sales: platforms, seasons and markets change. If nothing moves after 90 days, we change the plan once, or you stop with no hard feelings.
