Your details, plainly
Short version: we only collect what we need to make your audit and talk with you. We never sell it. Tell us to delete it and we will.
Who we are

What we collect
- When you ask for a free audit: your name, email and/or WhatsApp number, the links you give us (Instagram, website and so on), what you sell, and your answers on the audit page.
- Public information about your business that anyone can see: your public Instagram profile and posts, and your website.
- Anonymous page counts: which screens of our site were opened, the language and country you picked, and where the visit came from. No names, no IP addresses, no cookies.
- If you pay us: Stripe handles the payment. We never see your full card number.
Why
- To make and send your audit, and to answer you.
- To send up to two short follow-up emails after the audit. Reply "stop" and they stop.
- To see which pages help people and which confuse them, so we can fix them.
Who helps us
We use a few trusted services to do this work:
- Hetzner: our own server in Nuremberg, Germany, where requests and audit pages are kept.
- Google: our email.
- Anthropic (Claude): AI that helps write the audit from your public pages and answers.
- Apify: reads your public Instagram profile for the audit.
- Stripe: payments.
- Zernio: sends our Instagram and TikTok replies and messages.
They only get what they need for their part.
How long we keep it
As long as we are in touch about your audit or your work with us. Ask us to delete your details any time and we will do it within 30 days. Your private audit page has a hidden link and is not listed on Google.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we have about you, or stop all messages. Write to gulnar@get35aiagency.com. If you are in Canada, you can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
